Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped in the order it was received. Expedited orders receive high priority attention. Orders are generally processed in 1 to 2 business days Excluding Holidays*. We strive to process and ship the same day the order was placed, but may vary depending on order volume. We do ask that you allow us up to 3 business days for processing in the event that we become unexpectedly busy. Your order status will be updated when your order has shipped and an email notification regarding the updated status change and tracking number will be sent at that time. In some cases, actual shipping cost may vary due to size and weight. We will notify you if the shipping rate is higher than the amount stated on your order confirmation. Our goal is to ship orders within 24 to 48 business hours. However, please allow up to 5 business days before contacting us regarding your order status. Most orders are shipped by USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on the package weight. Orders may also be shipped via Fedex or UPS. The order status email with tracking information will clearly identify which carrier was used. U.S. orders generally arrive to their destination within 2 -5 business days after shipment. However, Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery. We do not automatically insure packages. If you would like to insure your item or restrict delivery, please Select the add on shipping service you desire in the shopping cart Prior to making your purchase. Depending on package size and weight, we may need to create a custom payment option for the insurance fee. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, it will be displayed on our website or we will let you know via e-mail. Please feel free to preorder if you wish and we will complete your Entire order (all items corresponding with that order) and ship to you once your item is in stock. If an item is out of stock and on backorder and you make a purchase before the website is updated you may request a refund if you would rather not wait.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DELIVERY TIMES
We ship worldwide. Delivery times for international packages vary widely depending on various factors such as Country, Customs, Carrier and Method of Shipment. We strive to ship any approved international order within 2-4 business days. International orders generally arrive to their destination within 6-14 business days after shipment depending on country. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery. Most smaller items may ship First Class and Priority via United States Postal Service, unless notated otherwise. Note: United States Postal Service does not provide a delivery time frame for USPS FIRST CLASS or priority mail delivery to International destinations. In some cases, actual shipping may vary due to size and weight. We will notify you if the shipping rate is higher than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
International Shipping & Other Fees
Please be aware Shipments outside of the U.S may be subject to fees such as "import customs fees" which may include Customs, Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees and other similar fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These "fees" are typically collected by the shipping carrier in your area, and are NOT collected for our benefit. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Order Confirmation/Address Verification

If you have a different shipping address on record with paypal than your desired shipping address, you MUST note that in the section at PayPal titled "Add Instructions to Seller". Please clearly identify which shipping address you want us to ship your order to. By Default, we will ship to the shipping address associated with the PayPal account unless otherwise notated. We are not responsible for packages not received or delivered to wrong addresses due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at PayPal. an attempt to contact customers whose packages are returned to us due to customer's incorrect mailing/shipping address will be made. However a new shipping charge will apply. If multiple attempts to contact customer result in failure, a refund will be made of order cost minus shipping cost plus a 25% restocking fee. But, errors do happen...so, just email us immediately if you find a mistake after order submission and we will gladly correct the mistake if your order has not been shipped yet! However, once order has shipped it is out of our hands, and we cannot make the correction.

What is an eCheck? eChecks are one type of bank payment and usually take 6-8 business days* to process. They are used when buyers have not linked a backup payment source (like a debit or credit card) to their PayPal accounts, or when a transaction is too risky to allow an instant payment.
How does an eCheck work? The money is withdrawn from the buyer's bank within a day or two. As soon as PayPal receive's confirmation of sufficient funds from the bank, the check will clear. The entire process takes 6-8 business days.*

Refund Policy
Due to the made to order personal care nature of our products, refunds will only be granted in the rare exception for products that are proven to be damaged or destroyed during shipping. We will happily replace items that were damaged during shipping due to fault of our own. Please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving your package for a return Merchandise authorization (rma). We reserve the right to request for photos of the wrong item shipped to you. Your package must be returned to us or post marked within 5 business days after receiving the product and rma. A new package will be sent to replace your original order once damaged merchandise is returned. No cash refunds will be offered for damaged items. There are no other returns, refunds or exchanges. All items are considered final sale. Any refused or abandoned shipments returned back to us will be charged 25% restocking fee based on the purchase price of the rejected merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If reshipment of package(s) is requested, a reshipment fee will be incurred. Otherwise Order will be refunded less Shipping/Handling and restocking fees. If you are unsure as to how any of our products will work for you, please purchase a sample size or the smallest size available with or without your desired addons. Questions concerning ordering, shipping, etc. are encouraged PRIOR to submitting an order to avoid delays in processing, shipping, and/or delivery.
Wrong Item Policy
On very rare occasions, we do make mistakes on shipping items. We strive to make sure every purchase is correct and check for any damages prior to shipping. If you receive an item that was not ordered, please prepare clear images of the item and email us with your Order # to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization and we will make it right. Item must be unopened and reported within 48 hrs of delivery. We will require the original item to be returned back to us in its original condition and packaging. When shipping items back to us, always keep and provide us a record of your return tracking numbers and shipping receipts to be reimbursed for shipping upon receipt of your item. Your package must be returned to us or post marked within 2 business days after receiving the product and rma. A new package with the correct item will be sent to replace your original order once original merchandise is returned.
