Why do you always see us repeating these phrases to you?  Well, because they are indeed important to being successful in  your healthy hair journey.  




BE COMMITTED

First things first!  Before even completing a task, it is important to identify the level of commitment that is necessary and that which you're willing to dedicate to guarantee success.  Beginning a healthy hair journey, starting a healthy hair regimen, or even simply maintaining healthy hair practices requires the right attitude to get you there.   Acknowledging and setting a high level of commitment to your hair goals will fuel your success even when the going gets tough.  And believe there WILL be times that are a bit more daunting than others.  There may even be times where you're so tired you couldn't possibly lift a finger to do what may be a part of your daily routine.  Identify how much of a priority giving back to yourself through your hair is....and plan to include it in your list of daily tasks.   Make it fun and never think of it as yet another thing you must complete to cross off your list of daily required tasks.  Referring back to your predetermined level of commitment can give you just that extra boost of energy because you are thinking with the end in mind and the goals you have set for yourself.


STAY CONSISTENT

We've all heard it right?  Practice makes perfect.  Very rarely do you ever see success stories where people attain their goals without practice or consistency.  Consistency is all about discipline in action.  Consistency in your healthy hair journey is vital in order to see the hair transformation you desire.   And most times with consistency, it also gets easier to continue along your path to the healthy hair you long for.  Consistency in your healthy hair care practices is the necessary follow up required once your level of commitment is set.  And with consistency, success is inevitable.  When you maintain consistent hair care practices, you then are able to set the stage for healthy long hair, while inconsistency on the other hand breeds results that are...well... a little lack luster and leave a lot to be desired.  So ask yourself, do you have the long term discipline and stick-to-it-tive-ness to make your hair goals a reality?  Only time will tell!
